Training Services
On-the-Job Training
This program can help companies with their hiring costs by providing funds for on-the-job training. New hires may qualify for up to 50% reimbursement of their wages while they are undergoing training. Specific requirements must be met to be eligible for this program, and the contract must be approved and signed before the new hire begins working. Our staff can help answer any questions you may have.
Incumbent Worker Training
As companies expand, they may need workers with new skills. To help with the cost of training current workers, we offer the incumbent worker training program. This can help companies stay competitive and adapt to changing needs. We can help with a customized training plan to meet a company’s specific requirements.

Layoff & Closure Services
Rapid Response (RR) is a program that is paid for by the U.S. Department of Labor under the Dislocated Worker Program of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).
Our goal is to help employers avoid layoffs by offering early assistance and to provide reemployment solutions to employers and workers who have been affected by layoffs or closures.
Early intervention is key, and we try to work with companies as early as six months to one year ahead of potential layoffs. If your company is experiencing challenges that could result in layoffs, please contact us right away.

- Lower hiring costs
- Improve employee performance

Applicants who have the NCRC have demonstrated proficiency in basic reading and math skills needed for most jobs. Moreover, this can help your company identify skills gaps, necessary training, and opportunities for advancement for your current employees.
