What Does CCMEP Offer?

CCMEP offers education support including tutoring sessions to enhance basic literacy skills; financial literacy education to equip participants with essential money management. The program provides support and funding assistance for those aiming to obtain their GED, and for those pursing other training and certification programs.

CCMEP offers employment assistance including, access to internships, volunteer opportunities, and paid work experiences. You can develop professional skills, cultivate your resume, and receive guidance on filling out job applications. Most importantly this program offers opportunities for leadership development and mentorship to foster personal and professional growth.

Who is Eligible?

You are eligible to participate in CCMEP if one of the following applies to you:

  • A single parent or pregnant.
  • Classified as low-income.
  • Have a previous conviction.
  • Experiencing homelessness.
  • In foster care.

It’s important to note that while CCMEP offers comprehensive support, it is not a mental health treatment program. Instead, it is designed to provide assistance with education, training, and employment, empowering young adults to achieve their full potential in the workforce and beyond.
