OhioMeansJobs Lucas County is excited to unveil our updated branding, showcasing our new logo and updated colors. As we undergo this visual transformation, our core values and dedication to providing outstanding service for employers and job seekers remains.

“As we undergo this visual transformation at OhioMeansJobs Lucas County, our core values and dedication to providing outstanding service for employers and job seekers remains,” the Board of Lucas County Commissioners said. “We hope this refreshed branding will help businesses and individuals more easily recognize and access our programs and resources.”

The updated logo reflects the new changes to Ohio’s brand: “Ohio, The Heart of it All.” Ohio is more than a place on a map, but a place in people’s minds and in their hearts. OhioMeansJobs Lucas County is the heart of workforce development in our community, anchored by the One-Stop for career services at Lucas County’s Shared Services building at 3737 W. Sylvania Ave.

“Our team is committed to attracting new businesses to our region, assisting employers in finding and retaining good workers, and providing individuals with the resources, training, and development they need to find a job or advance in a role they already have,” said Tonia Saunders, Lucas County’s Department of Planning and Development Director and Executive Director of the Area 9 Workforce Development board. “I’m thrilled to unveil our new branding and updated website and to continue building employment connections in Lucas County.”

OhioMeansJobs Lucas County invites employers, job seekers, and community partners to explore our revamped website at omjlc.com. Those interested in accessing workforce services should visit Lucas County’s One-Stop at 3737 W. Sylvania Ave. in Toledo or call 419-213- JOBS (5627).

This program means a great deal to the community and to help others push themselves into something better.
